How to Remove a Payee from Favourites
If you no longer wish for a contact to appear in your favourites, you can easily remove them:
- Locate the Favourites Bar: Open your Monzo app and navigate to your payment screen or where your favourite payees are displayed, typically at the top.
- Tap the Payee: In the favourites bar, tap on the specific person you want to remove.
- Select Remove: A screen will appear for that payee. At the bottom, you'll find an option that says "Remove from favourites," often accompanied by a small star icon. Tap this option to remove them from your favourites list.
How to Add a Payee to Favourites
Adding a payee to your favourites makes them readily accessible for future payments. You can typically add recent payees to your favourites:
- Find Recent Payees: Look for the section displaying your recent payees, which is usually located directly below your current favourites bar.
